“Calling this company for help with finding lower prices for car, home, and an umbrella policy and they did not disappoint!! I spoke with Michele and she was wonderful!!! Through no fault of any one, I never received a bill from the insurance.company. Melissa helped me by sending me a copy. I printed it, wrote a check, and mailed it on May 21st. As of today. I have not received their bill nor have they received my check!!! I did give them my credit card on June 5th but they sent cancelation notices on the 4th which I received today. Needless to say, I panicked and called them. The man I spoke with really did not want to listen to me or help me.....he hung up on me!! I called Melissa, left her a message about having a problem and when she called me back everything was fixed!!! She even made them take a late charge off!!
Obviously this is a company that CARES!! They care about their customers, about the job they do, and about customer service!!! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND them!! If you are fortunate enough to have Melissa help you, you will NOT be disappointed!!! I even received a thank you email from the owner!!”

“I recently used roadside assistance with a rental vehicle while we were out of state. While the repair was done in a satisfactory manner, I never received a receipt from the company that performed the service. After a few weeks had passed, I contacted the phone number on my insurance card for roadside assistance asking when I would be reimbursed. I was told I needed a receipt from the company that did the repair. This turned out to be quite an ordeal and after a handful of futile phone calls, I reached out to Carla's office and explained the situation to Brenda. Thanks to her, the matter was resolved in a very efficient manner. Next time, I will reach out to her ASAP and save myself from the aggravation.”

“I have been with American Family Insurance since 1995 and could NOT be happier with their products & customer service. I was very lucky to have connected with an amazing agent from the beginning. I did not realize how fantastic my first agent was until she retired and I was transitioned to a new Agent -- after several issues with her, I transitioned to another Agent, and had the same unsatisfactory experience. After calling the AmFam HQ in Madison, I was connected with Trevor Pachis of Pachis & Associates -- WHAT A 180* turnaround!
Trevor and I met personally, first, and he gave me his cell phone number to text him directly with any issues I might experience. And he lived up to that promise as I've had to connect with him a couple of times over the past year. Always responsive, always got me in touch with the right person at his Agency, and every challenge I experienced was handled near-flawlessly.
Recently, I had a need to revisit my Homeowner's Policy for changes to my coverage levels, so I texted Trevor & he connected me with Kristi Johnson. I have been attempting to review/revise my Policy for a number of years and had several challenges in doing so until I finally was blessed with having a meeting with Kristi.
What has taken several phone calls & a lot of frustration on my part prior to connecting with Pachis & Associates, Kristi came to the meeting prepared by already reviewing my Policy, had some suggestions, listened to my thoughts on coverage, and she was able to reconcile in 45 minutes what I'd spent blood, sweat, and tears (mostly tears) trying to do on my own for far too long! Kristi knew exactly what I wanted, we discussed thoughts I had (even though I am not an expert), and reconciled everything I needed to in one telephone call. She is AMAZINGLY knowledgeable & I felt like my business was not only important to her, but important to get right the first time so that this could be my last call to AmFam about my coverage.
In short, I am over the moon to have finally found a partner in Pachis & Associates and have the privilege of working with Kristi. I was spoiled with my first Agent & her level of customer service (I just didn't know it) -- I now feel spoiled again, and that has been a long time coming! I wholeheartedly recommend Pachis & Associates and, especially, Kristi & Trevor -- nobody is going to claim that Home and Auto insurance is something you want to spend time finding or reviewing, but at least Kristi & Trevor have taken the pain out of it for me. And that has been a long time coming! THANK YOU BOTH!”

“I am really not the type to leave reviews, but I felt like I had to say something about Don and this agency. He helped a family member out and actually saved us money, no bullshit and no pressure. He explained things other agents completely missed, got the documents over to the mortgage company very fast, and we ended up getting a refund. The whole conversation was under 45 minutes, which I really appreciated because I do not like wasting time.
He was also honest about rates going up in 3 years and did not try to pretend everything would stay the same. It just felt good talking to someone who was not full of shit for once.
The agency as a whole has been really solid too. They have followed up even after the policy was already in place. Within about 5 minutes of me texting Don something I needed done, the agency had it handled within an hour. I did not have to chase anyone or waste time with pointless back and forth.
