  Sent a quarterly State tax payment on June 1. Five days later the payment came to MY address even though the envelope was clearly and correctly addressed to the Illinois Dept of Revenue.   We are so thankful for this facility! We had another post office cancel our passport appointment an hour before. One call to this Lake Zurich location and Ivy was ready to help! They had an opening and saw us the same day. We can’t thank you enough. Processing was pleasant and photos were easy.
