“Sam and his team lined my brand new Ford F150 and goddamn! Immaculate job. I called and explained how after reading the reviews on their work and seeing that the end product would be as if it were OEM I decided to go here to get this truck lined and Sam just chuckled and said “No, your bed will be lined far better than OEM”. Dude was absolutely not kidding!! This liner has to have some magical recipe or just insanely experienced staff lining it because I’ve never had any of my trucks lined this well but I didn’t realize that until after seeing it when it was complete. He provides an amazing warranty probably because he is certain the customer will never have to use it because of how good the product and application of the product is. Also, I couldn’t believe how cheap it was. I hope you read this before you get a liner from the dealership or some other place because I wish I would have. The appearance of the liner is an absolute work of art and made it hard to think about abusing with all the stuff I haul which I am sure Sam would chuckle at too because after placing some heavy abuse hauling stone and many other heavy items it hasn’t changed a bit! He probably doesn’t need my review for his business but as a truck guy I couldn’t help myself.”

“Normally I bring my fleet vehicle here for service on a pretty regular basis, probably atleast every other month. Raymond's service department it on point and I've never had any issues.

However, today, I went shopping for a new car for my sister-in-law. And let me tell you, I was in for a huge surprise.

Right as we walked in, we were greeted by this guy named Cody Schoen. He nearly pounced on us with the exuberance of a hungry husky with a serious case of the zoomies.

After speaking with him for what seemed like only a few seconds, with the skill and precision (and I think some impressive mind reading) of a Jedi Master, he picked the perfect car for her.

After some shrewd negotiations (not really, like I said this man read us like a book) he made us feel comfortable and confident in her first car purchase.

There was laughter, genuine interest, and most importantly, beef jerky.

I cannot stress how much I recommend both Raymond Chevy and working with Cody. When the wife and I finally pull the trigger on her new SUV, I know who I'll be looking for.

Captains Log 7/8/2022... Well we did it, we went back for my wife's new SUV and as true to form, Cody delivered as expected. I can't say enough for this mans patience, perseverance, and dedication to his customers. From making sure she got a fair deal on her trade-in to watching her weigh the pro's and con's of two of the same exact vehicles, he truly made sure our second encounter was as awesome as our first, except this time I brought lumpia. Thanks again Cody for all your help!

Update… again… 12/4/2025…. Cody for the hat trick! Went back with my sister-in-law to replace the car we bought during our first encounter with Cody after it met an unfortunate and untimely demise. Being as this was more of an emergency replacement then something she wanted to do, Cody listened to all of her concerns, broke everything down in a way that made sense and truly made sure she was well taken care of. Cody was able to take what was a stressful visit and made her feel at ease as much as possible and she ended up walking out with her first brand new car. As always, Cody is the goat.”

“Although this may not be there forte' in the body shop world, my boat dealer recommended Rainbow Collision Center to replace the damaged fender on my tandem axle boat trailer. “Bill and his sons did an excellent install of my sound system for my boat last year (2024). 8 speakers, 1 sub, 1 amp, 1 in-cabinet stereo w/ 2 head units. As well as a gps chart plotter. This year I had a technical issue with my gps chart plotter not showing a depth reading or sonar image. Bill worked tirelessly to rectify this including multiple calls with Garmin tech support. In the end, Garmin sent a new unit (under warranty) and rectified the problem. “On July 5th my GMC Sierra 1500 Denali experienced a diesel engine fault. The Service Team immediately took the vehicle in for evaluation. They determined the cause and deemed the vehicle undriveable. Following the 4th of July weekend they set out to source the failed sensor/assembly. The item was not in stock and required over a month to receive and a few days to install. While I was inconvenienced without a vehicle for such a long time the service department provided a loaner and my GMC warranty covered the cost of a rental vehicle so that my family could still travel to the east coast for our scheduled two week vacation. “Initially my car was taken to Caliber in Crystal Lake who wouldn’t even give me an estimate because there was rust under my hood. The initial insurance coverage estimate had me paying over $3k out of pocket because of “damage from a previous accident”. I had my car towed over to Ross at Riverside who not only repaired my car to look better than it did before the accident, but he also fought the insurance company to get basically full coverage. I ended up only paying my deductible plus $200 out of pocket instead of the thousands I was initially told I’d have to pay by my insurance. I am so happy with the quality of work and the customer service provided. The owners didn’t know me yet they treated me as if I was family and saved me thousands while doing so.
