They still make their pitches to sell you more, but it’s done once or twice and then they move on. Dealerships are in business to make money - they have to pitch various options - but these guys handled themselves in such a professional way across the board, that we never once found ourselves dying to get out of there the way we normally do when trying to make a deal. “On July 5th my GMC Sierra 1500 Denali experienced a diesel engine fault. The Service Team immediately took the vehicle in for evaluation. They determined the cause and deemed the vehicle undriveable. Following the 4th of July weekend they set out to source the failed sensor/assembly. The item was not in stock and required over a month to receive and a few days to install. While I was inconvenienced without a vehicle for such a long time the service department provided a loaner and my GMC warranty covered the cost of a rental vehicle so that my family could still travel to the east coast for our scheduled two week vacation. Chris Scholer provided excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you!”
“Our tires blew out only a month after purchasing in 2022. The manager, Jordan Suchowski, promised to pay for half the cost of the new tires and would be sending it in the mail. So after sending him an invoice of the tires, Jordan never followed through on the commitment.

“Bill is a man of his word, work was completed as promised and on time, unfortunately I needed the vehicle back within a few days and communicated that with their team. They expressed that they’d do their best, which they certainly did! It’s not always that projects go as planned but he understood the process with confidence and had his team execute the repair. The repair included straightening and pulling a dent across 2 body lines. Roughly the size of a hand, then painting and blending due to the paint damage. Having multiple shops look at vehicle this was the shop that gave me no run around. Very impressed by all the staff, thank you!”
