He exchanged the battery which wasn’t working and gave us a new battery so mu husband was able to get his truck inspected electronically. Riley was very helpful. “On July 5th my GMC Sierra 1500 Denali experienced a diesel engine fault. The Service Team immediately took the vehicle in for evaluation. They determined the cause and deemed the vehicle undriveable. Following the 4th of July weekend they set out to source the failed sensor/assembly. The item was not in stock and required over a month to receive and a few days to install. While I was inconvenienced without a vehicle for such a long time the service department provided a loaner and my GMC warranty covered the cost of a rental vehicle so that my family could still travel to the east coast for our scheduled two week vacation. Chris Scholer provided excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you!”

A couple weeks after I got my car back, the left headlight which was replaced went out. Turns out it was a faulty bulb. The shop replaced it at no charge.”
