“Customer service is alive and well. Rented a truck for a week to travel to Texas for a family wedding. All was well until a tire blowout on the way back. Returned the vehicle today and explained the incident and without hesitation the associate apologized that happened and asked what would make it right. ?? I was impressed. They took care of me and I was extremely satisfied. It wasn't the discount. It was the fact they took ownership and made it right without me asking. The Enterprise in Highland, IN is operating at a 5 star level! Thank you!”
