“After an accident, I needed to go to enterprise to get a rental wow I’ve never had a Rental and they made it extremely pleasant. They went out of their way to make sure they got me the vehicle that I needed and when it was all done, they even gave me an Uber paid by enterprise to get back home. The staff upfront was outstanding, friendly and professional, and my car was very clean and smelled fresh so the guys in the back did a fabulous job.

“Customer service is alive and well. Rented a truck for a week to travel to Texas for a family wedding. All was well until a tire blowout on the way back. Returned the vehicle today and explained the incident and without hesitation the associate apologized that happened and asked what would make it right. ?? I was impressed. They took care of me and I was extremely satisfied. It wasn't the discount. It was the fact they took ownership and made it right without me asking.
