“Easy hassle free in and out! The Jeep Grand Cherokee was perfect and very good gas milage. They explain everything and answer any questions. Will definitely use again for our next trip!”
“Blake helped us with our rental. We rented a minivan to stretch out on our trip to Indiana Beach, I’ve driven my own cars 15 hour trips to the Carolinas, this experience made me realize how silly that was of me. Such a nice service to offer and give us the chance to experience travel in such ways with peace of mind. Thank you to Blake and this team for our amazing opportunity. Plan to use this location for further rentals and tell everyone I know about it as well.”
“Ethan is great and Marcus they deserve raises they go over and beyond to make sure I’m ok I can rush at times but those guys are patient with me thank you so much enterprise !”
“Enterprise is the only provider I have rented from for over 30 years. Their prices are reasonable and the representatives are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and have not lost sight of what it means to value their customers and provide good customer service, which has been lost in many industries today. I’m a strong believer that if it’s not broken, then why fix it. I’m satisfied with Enterprise so why should I go elsewhere?”
“Klines Service center was great and fast. My catalytic converter was stolen in Wrigleyville and they were able to fix it in perfect timing just for me to make the trek home for Christmas. Grateful that my insurance worked through them as well. Thanks so much! I highly recommend Klines! Thanks again!”
“I took my car to Gerber collision after getting rear-ended, and my insurance company set me up with Enterprise which is right inside the body shop. It was very convenient.. Ray assisted me with getting my rental car, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. When I returned the car, Ray was just as friendly and professional, and I would certainly go back to a rent a car there.”
“I dropped off a rental car at this location during a weekend I had some unfortunate car troubles while I was traveling out of state. The staff was very professional and friendly, and they helped to make an otherwise stressful time much easier for me. Special shoutout to Camille (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) for giving me a ride to pick up my car at the shop a couple miles away. I really appreciated my experience here, and would come back again if I were in town and needed a car.”
“I don't know what everyone is complaining about. They were super nice when I checked in and were nice when I checked out as well. I had a great experience with them.”
“From the time I called to the time I took the vehicle back, the staff were awesome. I would recommend going Lansing Il in a heart beat. I would definitely go back. Thank you all.”
“Great service fast and easy access to a car they picked me up at the repair facility I was at and I had a nice clean car that I was able to drive with no hassles.”
“Few months ago, have great experience thru this rent company.Pickup from airport and after I returned car, they dived my back, friendly stuff at front desk, sad not remember the name of person. If need, I sure I came back for another car.”
“People were GREAT! I dropped off car but i needed to get back to my truck/new job. My wife was in truck waiting for me. We came all the way from NY. Big hearts...they got me a ride 10 miles away to get back to my wife. Avis answered the call to help a human out! I got to my wife she was crying cause it took me so long. Still driving for the company. Thank guys from bottom of our hearts! God Bless. Thank you Paul”
“After a horrible experience at Enterprise Budget saved the day! I was in a 4 cylinder front wheel drive car from Enterprise, I'm in NW Indiana so you know that is not going to work. I called Budget, told him what I needed and they did not disappoint!! Not only all wheel drive but fully loaded! Not what I expected! Thank you Budget for getting me back to work safely this week!!”
