“My experience in the past has been really great, up until today, the 25th of February. Branden has been professional, but the young lady with the small twists/dreads that wears glasses, (I can’t properly pronounce her name, but it starts with an “A” and she’s AM) she needs training in professionalism and learning to handle difficult customers such as myself. Her demeanor was a bit off since the day before, but I bypassed it for the sake of service.
