“I had an outstanding experience at Verizon in Calumet city, IL thanks to Josilyn! She was incredibly respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Josilyn went above and beyond. If you’re visiting this Verizon location, I highly recommend asking for her.
