The H & R Block facility was clean and the staff is friendly and professional. Also the tax professional that prepared our taxes was very knowledgeable and completed our taxes in a timely manner.

I’ve had my taxes done by H&R Block since I was a teenager. I love Susan Maslanka, she explains everything throughly to make sure that I understand. My youngest son now sees her for his taxes.

This location is fraudulent, irresponsible, lazy and has appalling customer service!! My taxes state and federal were done incorrectly and I was Audited by the IRS!! I purchased the recommended Audit protection in addition to filing which brought my total bill to over $300 dollars!! When I told them I was Audited, I was met with sarcasm and ZERO Refund. What was the point of paying extra for Audit Protection?!?! Avoid this location like the Scam that it is. I'd recommend avoiding All H&R Block locations all together. It's Not worth the Risk.
