“I was very disappointed to find out the person I spoke to on the phone did my order wrong. This customer service person did not add the line correctly and it was not the correct amount. When I went to the store to return the I’m card I received and setup new phone line the representative got this issue resolved in less time it took over the phone call that was one hour long. We got a refund on the error made and the SIM cards for our devices. He hooked it for us. I’m so happy!”

“Incredible staff! After my dad's death, I was closing out his device and consolidating mine. Tyresse L worked with me to find the best equipment for my needs; Rico H checked to make sure I was getting the best offers and rates; Krow patiently showed me how to work everything. T-Mobile store staff are usually always helpful but this store's staff and Associate Manager, Rico H, were awesome.A shout out to T-Mobile's 5G internet: When AT&T internet went down for 5 days recently, T-Mobile's 5-G portable internet module set up immediately, with no wait help on the phone from T-Mobile at 10:00 p.m. and with speeds comparable to AT&T internet.Thank you, T-Mobile!”

“I went to the drop off location, which looks like it's there garage and was disappointed that 1st of all I had to drop off the equipment in a metal box and couldn't get any proof of doing so. 2nd The office was closed I wanted a receipt or something, to talk to a person or something. Because in the end, I want proof I dropped off there equipment. Well if necessary, I hope they check there cameras. Thou that won't say who I am though, will it!”
