“Victor at the Verizon store on Ridge Road in Munster, IN took more time getting my husband's phone transferred correctly than even a corporate store in our region. Even long phone calls to Verizon headquarters were not successful . After about a week my husband can finally receive phone calls thanks to Victor!!”

“I had an outstanding experience at Verizon in Calumet city, IL thanks to Josilyn! She was incredibly respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Josilyn went above and beyond. If you’re visiting this Verizon location, I highly recommend asking for her. She made the experience easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. Thank you again, Josilyn, for your excellent service!”

And shout out to Kylene also, she comes through in the clutch with her technical knowledge and great customer service skills too!! It was a joy to work with such great personalities!! They are perfect examples of what you look for in customer service especially when making decisions about phones. They should definitely teach classes on dealing with the public lol.
