“Husband needed to replace his dysfunctional phone right away, but TLife app would t pull up the store. Kyung was Great! She was personable, engaging, and gave alot of advice for finding cases, screen protectors, etc. for phones that are newly released. We had to be there for over an hour for the services but it didn't feel like it.”
“I went to the drop off location, which looks like it's there garage and was disappointed that 1st of all I had to drop off the equipment in a metal box and couldn't get any proof of doing so. 2nd The office was closed I wanted a receipt or something, to talk to a person or something. Because in the end, I want proof I dropped off there equipment. Well if necessary, I hope they check there cameras. Thou that won't say who I am though, will it!”
