“Where to start, the people who work here couldn’t be any more informative and friendly, just genuinely nice folks. And after years of feeling like a human voodoo doll at other places, Dawn has extinguished my fear in having my blood drawn. What a an amazing, PAINLESS experience!!!”

“took my daughter early in the morning before school. we had the best experience here. staff was kind and caring. it was my daughter's first time having her blood drawn. The nurse was so thoughtful explaining the process to relieve my daughter's fears. they also did a follow up call to let me know they faxed the results to the referring provider as well as email them to me. i would highly recommend this location before going to a larger hospital setting ..”
“Always prompt and professional service from medical staff.
Front desk/customer service staff always has a huge turn-around of employees, so attitudes towards providing service to customers always tends to be inconsistent. Nonetheless, overall, excellent service by medical staff, which is the most important.”
“The check in process was a bit confusing but the staff was very helpful. Once I was checked in everything went very smooth. Thanks for putting me at ease since doctors offices always make me uncomfortable. Great job!”
“This is my second visit to this location, and while all the staff is generally friendly and respectful, there's one technician who is downright rude and unfriendly. I doubt I'm the first to write about her. Perhaps she needs retraining in communication. Many people coming in for labs are nervous for various reasons, and the last thing they need is an impolite technician with poor personal skills. I was fortunate enough not to encounter her directly. I give 5 stars for the overall experience.”
