Plublic storage in Lansing is very convenient for me. I called before going to that location and was very satisfied. They are very polite and have good customer service. The location is very clean and well kept. I just wish I knew in advance about the insurance and fee for lock that they automatically charge you for because I have my own lock and I could have gotten my own insurance.
