“Rented a Truck for Sunday for moving my stuff from one storage space to a local one down the street. When we got to the Extra Storage, to unload, the elevators (both of them) were not working. I had to keep the uhual truck an extra day, just holding my stuff till Extra Storage fixed the elevator. ES messed up my moving experience. I was not going to have the movers I hired and I only had a short window of time to move the items, before returning the truck. -When I returned the uhual on Tuesday morning, RYAN REALLY HELPED ME OUT, he wrapped everything up for us, on our return. RYAN THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, very pleasant guy. I'll make sure I recommend this U-Haul location to other people.”

“Their portable storage is a great local storage and moving service. Their 20' container is massive, and totally water proof. Their storage site is great too, I was nervous at first about the cold winter and not being in a "warehouse", but the portable storage container kept everything perfectly safe from the wet and cold.”

They made me feel like It was important to get me back in my tractor, no matter if they had to drive three hours to get the parts.. They get a big thumbs up!!
