The United States Postal Service office provides quick and fast service with great customer service. Staff are helpful, delightful, polite, and kind, with excellent communication skills. The location does not have a self-help kiosk or a big bin for packages, but employees quickly scan prepaid packages placed on the counter. The esthetic is reminiscent of the early 90's. Mail carriers are attentive in correcting delivery errors. It is regarded as the best post office experienced by some, with service considered some of the best in Lansing.

I love this place good communication skills also quick and fast service as well every one is very polite and kind I live in Indiana I will drive from Indiana to the place to this place. Keep up the good work.
