The United States Postal Service office provides quick and fast service with great customer service. Staff are helpful, delightful, polite, and kind, with excellent communication skills. The location does not have a self-help kiosk or a big bin for packages, but employees quickly scan prepaid packages placed on the counter. The esthetic is reminiscent of the early 90's. Mail carriers are attentive in correcting delivery errors. It is regarded as the best post office experienced by some, with service considered some of the best in Lansing.

Everyone is very friendly and respectful. Love the open hours because I can drop off my stuff after work with no rush.

The esthetic is like walking into a time machine that transports you back to the early 90's. But the customer service was great!!!
