My business depends on a post office that works as one should, and this is the best post office I have experienced. They don't have a self-help kiosk or a big bin for packages, but they quickly scan in prepaid packages that you place on the counter. More importantly, they have some of the best customer service in Lansing. Bob is always helpful and Roscoe is a day-brightener!

Unprofessional the mail carrier almost hit my car then threatened me saying he knows where I live when I came to the post office the Clerk girl started screaming and yelling at me saying I deserved it crazy stuff don’t come here bad people

They either lost or stole two of my padded mailers mailed to family for Chrismas. Was a real good post office location at one time.

Automated phone system Thank goodness for the window shot for the hours on the computer. I don't understand why they think a computer can handle everything. Answer the phone window hours should be on the computer since they don't answer the phones.

I'm a new home owner, I have been complaining for 14 months about these people walking on my grass to deliver my mail,and yet it continue to happen. Even when I don't have mail they walks across it to get to the house next door,the postmaster says that they are trained to walk on the grass!looks like I will be purchasing a fence,that will force them to walk up my walk way UGH ? unbelievable ???

Do NOT have Valuables delivered to Lansing, IL Post Office!!! STRAIGHT UP THIEVES!!! I picked up a "noticeably light" package today, package had been opened and contents gone! The manager Raina, was No Help At All and blamed the theft on FedX - so am I to believe that your post office signed for and accepted an "empty box", clearly someone at this post office opened and stole the missing item, every postal facility these days have cameras, so I'm certain that the managers are aware of employees stealing.What sense does it make for me to pay for a PO BOX to receive packages, if employees are STEALING - I'd have better luck having them delivered to and left on my front porch. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

The supervisor is very Unprofessional and doesn't care about people in the community when the service there supposed to provide is not done she was very nonchalant about my problem and couldn't give two flicks of the wrist about me having a problem with the service .
