I have been going there for in excess of 20 years and will continue to go just because they have never steered me wrong in the end. I'm used to A1 customer service, but I can handle it being a little less than that. If you need something, you probably need to ask rather than be asked. Just saying.”

“It went well. You generally get what you want and with owning car quest it really helps their inventory. They are about to stock many more items then the local competitors most of the time. I'd appreciate a better car cleaning selection however. They have decent products, but nothing like you can get online from stores such as detailed image or auto geek.”

The sales team at Schimmer knew I lived a few hours away and we made a deal within minutes over the phone. No sales tricks or anything, professional business deal from the first phone call. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the accommodation. Jeff advised me on better financing than my bank offered and Olga drove 100 miles to my home to close the deal. If you are looking for a sales team who accommodates, look no further. If that is not good customer service, I don't know what is.
