“I was down on my luck, had a misfire in my engine. I know NOTHING about cars and was super bummed because every other auto parts location (I tried 3), turned me down to help me change my own spark plugs. I was traveling home from Wisconsin down south with no family near and the O'reilly's team answered my phone call with such a kind spirit. They told me to come on over to borrow the tools and assured me that someone would be there to walk me through it. They were super understanding and even when I'd beat myself up for not knowing much about cars, they reassured me they were there to help. Two employees showed me the tools to borrow and helped me apply my military discount to the pieces. And a former Oreilly employee happened to be near and offered to replace them for me. I was back on the road in no time. And super grateful for it. Thanks Oreillys!”

“I had an accident that left pretty decent damage to 90% of the right side of my car. I picked it up and it was like it never even happened! They even completed it before they said it would be done! Everyone was so nice and made sure to answer all of my questions.
They really went above and beyond though when they fixed some prior damage to my right front bumper for free and without me even asking! I cannot thank them enough for doing that! While I hope I don't have anymore damage any time soon, I know exactly where I will be taking my car if/when it happens! HIGHLY recommend checking them out! You won't regret it! =]”
