Not only will he fix your vehicle right the first time he will treat you with the utmost respect much like we are supposed to treat each other anyway!! Him along with his wife Debbie work extremely hard on their customers vehicles and do so in a timely fashion! Cant praise them enough for all the help they've given me and my family!!”
“Our go-to tire shop. We live in Champaign but still don't hesitate to drive the distance. Not entirely without hiccups, though: On the Volkswagen New Beetle of my wife they once mounted the wrong size tires, we had to come back to get them changed, on my vintage SAAB they were not really successful to get the wheels aligned. But overall a good shop. We will come again.”

“Brent and Michele were the best!! They both went out of their way to help me when my truck broke down on the highway. Michele drove me to the local motel and picked me up when my truck was fixed. Brent not only fixed my vehicle but drove to Champaign to get a part that was very hard to get. I would recommend their garage to everyone!!”

“I got into a fender bender in my family's brand new minivan a couple months after we got it (February 2020). It wasn't a huge accident, but the entire back of the car needed to be replaced. Bob Zook was so quick to get us in and get us our car back (we needed all the space we could get for our car seats.) The service, communication and experience was a 10/10.Fast forward about two years later, and we noticed the "Odyssey" emblem was missing from the hatch. I just assumed they forgot to put it back on when they fixed the back of the van. I really didn't pay much attention to it, but I asked about replacing it at the dealership and it was going to cost a ridiculous amount of money for a silver emblem. I called Bob Zook, explained that they serviced my vehicle a couple years prior, and without hesitation, he ordered the part and asked me to come in any time to get it replaced. I thanked him up and down, and in turn, he thanked ME for bringing it to their attention. He said if they forgot to put it back on, it was their responsibility to replace it. The entire process took 15 minutes out of my day.I am blown away by the customer service provided. They could have easily written us off, but instead went above and beyond to get something small fixed for us. The owner himself took my car to the back and drove it out front when it was finished. I'm very impressed and they've earned a customer for life.”

“This place is amazing!!!! A local business run by a wonderful guy that is excellent at communication with the best prices and time. I went to some other car repair shops but none of them could beat how carefully he looked at my car for a good price. I got my whole muffler replaces and the mechanic had my car ready in two business days! He will also gladly look at other areas of your car for you and tell you what needs to be done immediately than trying to rip you off with everything repair. Sometimes you don’t need to replace everything and need your car to run. This is the honest place that will give you a reasonable price fast. 5 stars!”

“Had my car towed in late Friday afternoon. Parking lot was full, so they didn't get to it till Monday (which I expected). By early Monday afternoon, the problem was diagnosed and fixed. Even better, the repair cost about half what I'd expected and Eric was super friendly. Strong recommend from me”
