Based on the reviews, Ace Hardware is a great place to shop because of the service. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond to make customers feel valued. One customer was helped by a man in charge who was very patient, letting them go into the warehouse to find a specific hanging flower. Another customer was helped by Steve, who was very knowledgeable with information and very helpful loading a grill into a truck. Steve goes above and beyond no matter what he does. The staff will help you find what you need as soon as you walk in. The store is open on Sundays. The experience is much better than Lowes or Home Depot, though the selection isn't nearly the same.
They had a certain glue I needed and answered my questions completely.

We just got a grill and were helped by Steve. He was very knowledgeable with information and very helpful loading it in the truck! Our dog loved the snacks he gave her also!
