“What great service. I needed a package mailed, and she took it upon herself to neatly create the shipping lablel and tape it well. I have had great service like this in other countries, but it is rare in the US. Great job.”
“I’m actually a Belleville resident but called in to OFallon and spoke with Amanda to ask a question. Not only did she she answer my question, she went above and beyond and provided further guidance to ensure my delivery goes as expected. Good customer service is a rare occurrence these days (hence why I called OFallon instead of Belleville) and I sincerely appreciate her reminding me that there are people who still go above and beyond to be helpful.”

“Bonnie is always helpful there. She does an amazing job! Any issue I have had she looks into it for me! The new postmaster there is great as well. He is very friendly and is always willing to help! I love going to this post office!”
“I have had a positive experience all three times I have been here. The lady that works there was very pleasant. Please note that there is a difference between the Post Office (this place) and the Official Mail Center (OMC) (a previous reviewer incorrectly gave this place a bad review because they thought the OMC was the post office).”
“It's a typical small town location. I often have to call out for an employee, but people are always available and nice. I even went here during the height of Covid when we had to form a line outside and go in one at a time. I've seen worst post offices”
“I have no complaints about my experience here. There were two people in front of me and two behind me and we all got the same treatment and respect. My own ignorance to what I needed to do was my only holdup but I was given accurate assistance to get what I needed done. They for sure sell stamps and can mail things certified.”
“I was weak and unable to stand up on my walker to wait for the VanGo bus to pick me and my homemaker back up for me to return home. My homemaker asked for a stool for me to sit down in the lobby, and the postal worker provided me one to sit on until the bus came.”
