The staff, particularly Jake (Personal Banker) is friendly and helpful. The recent remodel inside the branch is very nice. The people work as a team to help you get anything that you need.

A big thank you to Jake Ostrowski for helping to getting to bottom of the escrow problem and who to get in contact with. Compared to other Chase locations I went to, Jake went above and beyond this morning. Give that kid a raise!
