“Great experience every time! Fair, honest hardworking folks. Today the technician had his son in and it was great to see a young kid learning a trade and talking to customers. I won’t go anywhere else. I feel confident trusting them with my car, they never try to push other services or products either. They offer online coupons as well as mail them. Quick, honest service and every technician is friendly also. I also love the music they have on while they work.”
“Absolutely the best experience ever getting an Oil change. Extremely professional, & courteous staff. I arrive 30 minutes before closing and was not rushed and treated fantastic. The entire facility, shop bays, car repair area, as well as front office/customer lounge is immaculate. They didn't push extra products but pointed out what my vehicle needed and when. I had an oil change,and left paying much less then Jiffy Lube and truly had a great experience. They respect people's time and had me in and out of there extremely fast. Super pleased! “I bought 4 firestone destination MT tires.
They gave me the best price. I called around first, and I decided to go with them. Glad that I did, they got me the tires faster than anybody else and installed them with ease very quickly.
They balanced the tires better than all the other shops.I went to through the years.I can clearly feel the way the truck drives on the highway.Especially considering it has mud tires. They've definitely earned my trust and will definitely use them in the future..
One other thing forgot to mention they got me. The white wall tires with the raised white letters. Other places told me it would take a week because it was special order.
I guess it really wasn't a special order with tire tricks.”

“I booked online and as others have mentioned, it wasn't in their system, so I recommend calling them direct through the option to get to the location. Either way, they squeezed me in, fixed my issue, and got me on my way quickly (1st thing in the morning). Every time I've been to this location, they are extremely kind, professional, honest and efficient. It's a way different (better!) experience than other tire & auto places I've been to.”
“I have been going to Lumpp and Sons for five years now. I have three older cars to take care of. Sometimes I can fix the issue myself. But if I can't, I always go and see Patrick! He is a very honest businessman. That's why he has people like me going back there. He fixed three air conditioners on all three of my cars. The price could not be more reasonable. When I brought in a car when the break sensors were squealing, he changed the two that needed to be replaced. He told me I can get another half a year to a year out of them.
Also when I bring in the car the day before for the service and drop off the keys, most of the time he'll fix it the next day and I can pick up the car the next evening.
If there were more stars to give Lumpp & Sons I definitely would!

“Having gotten my oil changed other places no one has taken care of my car or me as well as they have. I went in to get my oil changed at the time recommended thinking it was fine. Dave came and told me that my oil was really low. He took the time to tell me that Hyundais burn oil very fast and that I need to check it every thousand miles. No one has ever taken the time to teach me this. You can tell the employees there really care about the people they serve.”

“After a breakdown last winter and tow to my usual mechanic, I was told I needed a new engine but they didn't do that level of work there. I found Cooper after a bit of research and am so happy I did. They promptly inspected the vehicle, laid out my options, and gave me an estimate. It did take a while waiting on parts to arrive, but the staff communicated well when I checked in and followed up to let me know the status. Once parts arrived, work was completed sooner than predicted. The car has been running seamlessly ever since. I would definitely recommend.”

“The Lemont Jiffy Lube location did an excellent job on my oil change. This was one of the better experiences I’ve had at a Jiffy Lube in my 25 years of oil changes. There was a young motivated staff that clearly explained everything and did all of the vehicle checks that should go with a Jiffy Lube oil change, but does not often happen. I highly recommend this location!”
