“Steve was very helpful, I had issues with fraud on my credit card so I needed to update my payment method thru the website. Steve called to ask me if we were leaving the unit. He noticed it was taken off auto-pay. He explained how the changes I made removed us from autopay. Walked me thru what to do to reset autopay, and also informed me of a reduction in the monthly charge.If Steve was not so diligent, the autopay would have failed and created a late fee.Thank you, Steve, for being attentive.”
“Manager Diona is amazing, facility is new and clean, much nicer than other storage locations I've experienced. Easy access with phone app, indoor parking as long as there aren't too many cars. I never write reviews, but this one is well-deserved. Had some trouble with a different Public Storage location (as well as my online account due to apparent backend technical issues), but Diona patiently helped me get moved in and was a pleasure to be around, and I'm happy to have found this location. Jeff from Joliet also was incredible in trying to help me out remotely over the phone, could tell both he and Diona genuinely care and will do their best to help. Very pleased with the customer service after some initial hiccups. Highly recommend!”

“Brittany is a very competent manager, she upholds the policy of Storage Mart, which applies to all customers.I’ve always had positive informative interactions with her in person and over the phone.If you happen to be one of the many customers who do not pay your rent, then of course policy applies. Of course it will a difficult conversation, you claim “lethargy” I’m pretty sure she was just stating policy instead of accommodating your demands. Don’t threaten the livelihood of good employees just because you can’t get your way, that’s childish.”

“If you are looking for the best place to storage your valuables, look no more!Nate and Jacel make sure to give you above and beyond customer care while at the same time keeping the storage very well clean (including the bathrooms) and climate control. They listen to your needs and provide the best help they can according to their possibilities. They make sure, us, as customers are satisfied with the services.The only downside is the franchise keep raising prices and don't give discounts to long time storage customers.”
