“Place is great. AC actually works. 3rd time using Safeguard, 2nd time this location. Jim the manager has been @ both locations all times I have used them. Its a no brainer, rates are comparable. However I wish they had the pricing grid and fee schedule posted alongside online promos. The place is safe.”

His professionalism is phenomenal... he's courteous and kind. I recommend this place. The storage facility is clean and well-lit. Again I must praise this facility for its wonderful customer service and Jose who helped me when my door got stuck wonderful young man everyone at this site is so helpful and so courteous you can't just help but like this place. I I wish I could add his picture but I'm not quite sure how I'll have to figure it out thank you both of you wonderful young men.

“The location is convenient, especially being close to the highway.
However, if you're coming from the south, keep in mind that you can’t make a left turn directly into the property. You’ll need to go to the next light, turn into the strip mall, and loop back around.
If you're coming from the north, access is much easier.
The hallway leading to my unit has quite a few stains on the carpet, which isn’t a great first impression.
Inside the unit, though, it’s fine. clean and in decent condition.”

“Jecel Parrisp was a true pleasure to work with. I called and made arrangements to meet her at a certain time. She welcomed me, explained in detail all the information about renting and took me to the storage facilities /two of them that I might be interested in. She also was very helpful as far as showing me all of the different materials that were for sale. I told her I would be back Friday to sign the paperwork and select my unit. I did return signed the contract and now have began filling up my storage facility. She’s great and I appreciate her help.”
“I reserved a storage locker online, but I wasn’t quite sure that the space I rented was the right size for my needs, so I popped in to take a look in person. I was in luck as Dee, the property manager, happened to be in, and she took the time to give me a tour and show me several options. She was so friendly and helpful that I immediately felt I was in good hands. Shout out to Dee for great customer service!
For people not familiar with this location, there’s really no “office space,” but there’s a kiosk where you can video chat with a live person. There’s also a phone number listed at the entry, so you can use that as well.”
