“I brought my car in to Auto Lab for an oil change. As part of their inspection, they recommended new tires (car had 40k miles) and provided a quote. I brought the car back a month later and they changed the tires at the quoted price. Altogether, I found Auto Lab to be transparent, honest, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car care company.”

“I had a bumper repair and sensor recalibration done on a 2016 Civic at the Libertyville location. The work was completed a day earlier than promised and I was kept updated on the progress daily via text message. The bumper looks great and the car was completely cleaned inside and out when I arrived to pick it up. I would definitely go back here for any future body work.”
“I may need service soon and it struck me that I neglected to add a review in the past. Jim has taken care of complex issues with my car for years. He has always been affordable, frequently working around my strained budget to get me back on the road. Anytime he’s needed the car overnight, he has provided a loaner. He’s extremely knowledgeable and just a nice person. I’d feel comfortable recommending Rouse’s to anyone.
Edit: Another 5-star experience! The owner even sent me a follow-up with the paperwork needed to qualify for a rebate on parts. That kind of above & beyond service is why I trust Rouse’s and you can, too!”
“I don't need new tires at the moment, but next time I do it's Berry Tire and Auto in Libertyville. I needed my TPMS sensors replaced and my tires rotated, they got me in and out in an hour, with an expert job at a very reasonable price. Check them out next time you need auto or tire services!”

“If you are looking for a stress free car buying experience this is your place to go! I purchased a new Subaru Outback there last Saturday. This dealership is exceptional! They did not play games with us, offered a good trade in value for our old car and everything went smoothly. “I received a full interior detailing at the end of September this year. I was so worried because I have cloth seats and chipotle spilled in the passenger seat and chicken both had spilled on the floor. Both things caused staying and smells. We set an appointment through text and meet Ricardo when we arrived. We were able to test drive the cars we were considering. After that, we negotiated a price we could live with without too much hassle. We were in and out in about two and a half hours. “I had a great experience getting a used explorer for my 18 year old son before he goes to college. Michael was an extremely kind and helpful salesman. He applies no pressure at all to buy anything you don’t want, which was huge relief. They helped me a little bit on the price and offered to fix something on the vehicle for free even though it was a used car and they aren’t guaranteed. Dan the sales manager helped me out as well. Overall, I highly recommend. The service department was also very kind in spotting something on the car that leaked and also fixed that no charge.”

“Before we started going to Pit Shop we used to drive to our dealership in Barrington for regular service appointments. Pit Shop is much faster and more convenient, and they always do a great job. Most recently I had Pit Shop put on new tires. They charged significantly less for the exact same Pirelli’s and they did it in one day.”
“My mom uses quick lane for all her vehicle maintenance, and when I moved back to Libertyville I went to them as well. I cannot say enough great things about this place. They have always had availability when I have needed them and complete the work in 1 to 2 days. They call with updates and prices and don't pressure me to agree to anything. The employees are all extremely kind and friendly and explain everything to me. I just called this morning after a fender bender asking for them to check my car to make sure it was safe to drive. They immediately said I could come right in, despite not being a body shop, just to make sure I'm safe on the road.
