“I drove my one car from Dallas, Texas to Chicago and everything was great until driving around in the Chicago area. I start to hear some weird noise at my car,
Day after the day was loud and louder,
The noise concerned me, then random I stopped to one of the repair shop to check it out to see what’s wrong.
The owner came out to talk to me and he took my car for test drive to hear the noise and he told me right on the spot what is wrong with my car.
The way he talked to me, the way he test my car and the way he figure out the problem was very professional.
He gave me an estimate and the price was very affordable,
The next day he took my car in and he took care of it.
He gave me a piece of mine and safety to my family to drive back home to Texas.
I am very pleased with his service.
If I would have a chance to leave in the area, I would make him to be my personal Mecanic for rest of my life,

“I had Sudden Impact repair my 12 year old van after a delivery truck hit it. They did a fantastic job and cleaned it spotlessly inside and out after the work was done. Even the tires! This is a work van that I use for my carpenter business but they treated it like it was a late model luxury car. For you car nuts out there the back doors that were damaged had perfect gaps all around. Everyone was easy to work with too. Highly recommended”

Miguel as always gave me great customer care getting a quote set up so I could pay for the services ahead of time over the phone since I was doing an over night dropoff. While I was out of country my car was fixed and I was alerted via text of additional repairs that needed to be done. I got my car back when I came back to town and I couldt be happier.
