Extremely poor customer service at the window. Doing a change order and the women with curly hair took my envelope full of money and just walked away from the window and didn’t say anything and proceeded to not give me any information or anything while she still has all my money, and just walked away to work with other customers.Work on better communication. Absolutely awful you can’t just physically take someone’s money and walk away without saying one word. Waited for over 20 min. Absolutely ridiculous

Always have a problem here. Lady name Shab is always negative and has a attitude. Never have change for me. I’m closing my account and going to BOA.

I am closing my account because of the customer service at this branch, i have been customer of fifth third for 14 yrs and I usually dealing with Lake forest branch but after my visit to this branch I decided to draw all my money and close my accounts, they are rude and unprofessional specially a lady her name Shab they lack basic customer service training

I've visited this branch about 2 times now and each time I've received prompt greeting as well as excellent service from the banker each time.

I wish I could give zero stars! I needed to make a very important wire transfer so I phoned the bank and asked if I needed to make an appointment. I was told no, to just come on in and they could help me. But upon my arrival I learned that apparently only a "banker" could do a wire transfer and their one and only "banker" could not help me because she "was on a chat". When I became irritated a man in a suit (not sure if he is a manager or greeter) told me "this is why we want people to make appointments for wire transfers" after I had been informed on the phone that no appointment was necessary. This was the last straw for me with Fifth Third Bank. I have been a loyal customer since 2012 and currently have a Savings, Checking, Master Card and I had a Mortgage and Car Loan at one time too. I am finished with them. I am going to close my accounts and do my banking elsewhere.

Even if you don't expect good customer service, It's too much to spend more than 10 minutes just to deposit. Maybe they didn't want to work.. It seems that people who would rather rest at home are gathered. It is not worth giving one star for them.

Terrible customer service! I went into the branch because I had an issue with the ATM. Mary S. Was the teller that I went to. She was very rude, and kept making smart remarks about why would I use the ATM to make a deposit instead of coming into the branch. I explained I have children in the car and it was for convenience. Something I do regularly, HELLO we are in a pandemic. I try to limit contact with strangers. She then proceeds to say well you could've went to drive up. If I had known the ATM would take my money and no deposit it I would have. She was very cold, had a remark for every thing I said, she was not helpful at all. I ended up leaving and calling the support line. That was helpful, but I will never go back to this branch. Mary S. Has terrible customer service, she should not be dealing with customers.

I’m with this bank for three years now, my husband even longer. Everyone in this branch is extremely professional, helpful and kind. They are always giving their best to solve any issue , to meet clients needs and to advise in clients best interest. We appreciate them.
