The teller in this branch is extremely helpful. He went above and beyond communicating with the back office to resolve a complicated issue for my wife's bank account yesterday. I really appreciate his help.

There is a reason why the ratings are so bad. The person that was assigned to us didn’t even know how to do her job and had to ask another person everything, and if she didn’t, it never went well. Their customer service is horrible, and it’s very clear they’re not paid enough for anyone competent to apply.
