“I attending a seminar here tonight that was led by Ben and it was so informative! I really enjoyed attending the seminar, which was geared towards longevity for endurance athletes. Ben was incredibly nice and friendly and an excellent teacher going over different topics and movements. He made it very fun. The gym was top of the line too and very well kept. So much nice equipment in there and also a whole turf area in the back. I definitely recommend to check them out!”
