“I am so happy this place of business still exists. Many years ago I had beautiful picture frames that I turned into mirrors for my wall. I am now in need of another mirror replacement for my 1930 bedroom dresser mirror. I can't tell you how happy I am, as I used liquid nails to glue my antique mirror back on my antique frame. I ruined it by trying to fix it myself. Thank goodness I now have hope as I'm bringing this piece to the professionals.”

“Large inventory in stock, very convenient location in Gurnee Mill. I have used this store since 2022, when I remodeled a house in Lake County. It's beneficial to have different inventories for various price levels, ranging from high-end to average. The service is excellent, with staff taking the time to explain the details to customers patiently. Many high-quality materials are available at extremely low prices when supply is limited. Because in a residential home remodel, most materials are one-time use and have no requirements for repeat purchase. I opened a customer account with them, and purchasing or returning becomes very easy.”

“This place has a good selection, but it is really overwhelming and unorganized. We went on a Saturday but there were no carts anywhere to be found.
Also was hard to find a person that worked there to help, and while there is a larger selection at the combined store it was really congested. It just seemed like there was a lot of unorganization and disarray. Now this could be because we went on a Saturday, but Ive been to a lot of stand alone Home Goods and it didnt feel the same.”

“I want to review the plastic glasses I have bought for the past 8 years.
They seem to be breaking at the bottoms and then of course leaking. They never have done that before, so after ten orders or so , like what gives?
Buy them from Amazon, live in Lakemoor Illinois”
