“We were looking for a new printer. The store was very busy on Labor Day. Yet David treated us like we were the only people in the store. He took about 20 minutes to walk us through the latest improvements and figure out what was important to us. We ended up buying a top of the line Epson mostly due to his knowledge about each printer. Then he carried the box to the checkout, went and got us a cart and notified security so we were expected at the door. I'd say that is a five star employee.”

“Really nice people and good work! My family had to call them Friday night due to our plumbing being invaded by tree branches (after almost 30 years in that house the issue now becomes a problem ?). Mike came out the next day to see our home at no cost. By Thursday of the next week our old terra cotta pipes were located and replaced with pvc. They were always in touch and were happy to answer all of our questions. Totally deserve five stars!”

“They removed our granite kitchen countertops and replaced the tops with new quartz tops. They did an excellent job at a great price. Their office and production facility are in a building with several small businesses. It is a small showroom. I prefer that to a big, glitz operation with more overhead. I found them to be straightforward, no nonsense, friendly and professional. We selected our quartz elsewhere and I thought the price was a bit high. I searched the internet and found Granite & Marble Gallery. After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try and visited their facility. Their price was great. They delivered fairly quickly, and did a great job! I would buy from them again.”

Natalie sent a replacement immediately and it arrived in less than 48hrs. The replacement fits perfectly and is beautiful! “Remodeled our master bathroom. George was outstanding with his help. He's old school, which was great, but he also was willing to listen and work with our needs. We ended up using schluter profiles instead of bullnose, which turned out awesome. But the marble tile recommendations for the pony wall and shower seat were outstanding and really gave our bathroom that elegant touch. So excited about everything. Their return policy was great and they were spot on with the amounts suggested of materials.”

They gave me the most beautiful granite countertops I have ever seen. The best part is the process of choosing the granite slab. I'm a gemologist, so naturally, I'm drawn to stones, precious, semi-precious, or not so precious. They are all unique. I love it that I got to go to a warehouse with hundreds of lovely and interesting marbles, granites, quartz. Denise, you are the best! Thank you very much!
