“I was expecting the delivery of my baby's urn today. The tracking information was stating that it was out for delivery but also was ready for pick up. I explained to the gentlemen what I was expecting and he asked for a few minutes. He immediately called back and said it was on a truck, but the driver was bringing it directly to me. I'm not sure who I spoke to, but my family and I are so grateful for your kindness and the importance put behind the delivery of something so special to our family!”

Due to my own error, I put the wrong address on a package and Ebony has been tremendously helpful in locating the package. “I typically frequent other USPS locations due to the more limited hours at this branch. However, given the great customer service at this location, I try to work around the hours and use this branch. Everyone is always friendly and greets patrons with a smile. I have also noticed how they establish relationships with customers and often know them by name and vice versa. I was recently provided EXCELLENT service by Tondro. In addition to being friendly, he went over and beyond to assist me, including helping me find the best value for my money. He was also proactive in assessing my needs, and made suggestions without me having to ask. It is rare to find this level of customer service anymore, so I am truly grateful!”

“I think Mundelein post office is great. I live in Grayslake, but it is worth it for me to drive to Mundelein because I know the packages will be sent out timely and the staff is very nice. They have excellent hours on the Saturday when mail is still sent out at 4:30 pm.”

“I’m not a permanent resident here, I come every few months, but at this post office, you either have a really nice employee or you strike out with an employee who acts like they’d rather be doing anything else.However, I’ve heard the building is a bit of a local tourist destination, and how could it not be? An art deco style building that looks like a fortress? However, they need to make some renovations in the interior as there are holes in the wall.”

My package was sent back due to my lot being "vacant" I just bought the house, however at the post office ofensia (dont know how to spell her name) was rude kept telling me she had already sent my package back to the seller, I kept explaining to her that just an hour ago I had received an email stating my package was being held at the post office to come in. My husband told me to go back and ask for someone's else help and I did. That's were Melissa was such a Good help she was so nice and she did get me my package! Thank you so much Melissa”

Most recently Tony took care of a situation over a few packages that weren't delivered but he took care of it with A+++ service. Thank you tony!”
