“I recently had an extraordinary experience with this location, Ms. Kari was very helpful showing me where my unit was at, cleaned it almost right before I got a chance to move in. They use a very interesting combination of Fabuloso to ensure the storage facility stays smelling great and maintaining an extremely high level of cleanliness. Besides that I also got to meet Ms. Berly who very enthusiastically waved hello to me while I was getting a couple tools from my unit, she also came out to introduce herself and even helped me with a couple of things. Overall it was a very rare experience for a storage facility to have such high levels of client interaction and amazing client experience.”
“We used Life Storage Libertyville for two years to store household goods, and throughout our time there, the facility was clean, bright, and organized. The security was excellent, featuring keycode gate access onto the grounds, into the enclosed, heated, and well-lit loading area, and into the storage building itself. The units are also protected by surveillance and unique door latches, all of which made it easy to manage our move-out on our own schedule. Life Storage offers various unit sizes as well as on-site outdoor vehicle storage, which are also clean, well-lit, and secure. Additionally, the move-out and close-out support was excellent both during and after the process.”
“The best customer service… The salesman went out to the truck to measure the back to make sure it would all fit into a smaller truck. And it did. He helped me save money and leave in a van that I was much more comfortable driving. I would happily recommend this UHall rental store to my family and friends. Very friendly people!!”
“My wife and I had the POD service recently and it was definitely a great experience. They were on time and very professional. I want to give a big thank you to Roberto Reyes our driver that picked up and dropped off our POD. He was extremely efficient and very professional. Had a great conversation with him and his attitude was fantastic. POD company is definitely lucky to have him as the driver.”
