“We recently made a visit to T-mobile to switch our cell service. We were nervous to do so but the minute we walked the in the store we felt right at home. Holly was amazing, explained everything in detail and saved us a ton of money. She was courteous, kind, patient, and didn’t hesitate to explain anything we didn’t understand. The entire team was engaging, polite, and positive. We’ve spent the weekend using our new phones and the reception and clarity of calls is top notch! Texting is great and the internet speeds are incredible!
