“Zach was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to assist myself and two other customers while setting up my phone and not once did I feel like I wasn't being taken care of or was forgotten about. My account had many obstacles due to changing my maiden name to my new married name. He was patient, when security steps caused problems. He reassured me we would get this figured out. He even went as far as to look up my package to help me lower my bill/keep my bill the same way when I expressed my concerns about my bill would increase. 100% recommend Zach for all your phone/internet needs.”
