“We recently made a visit to T-mobile to switch our cell service. We were nervous to do so but the minute we walked the in the store we felt right at home. Holly was amazing, explained everything in detail and saved us a ton of money. She was courteous, kind, patient, and didn’t hesitate to explain anything we didn’t understand. The entire team was engaging, polite, and positive. We’ve spent the weekend using our new phones and the reception and clarity of calls is top notch! Texting is great and the internet speeds are incredible! “I wish I could remember the guys name that helped me...he was very helpful and even stayed open to help me switch from T Mobile. Explained to him that we own a business and currently had service withT Mobile but really needed a different provider due to drop calls and even not having any service at all in certain areas at times. When I called him he was getting ready to close but stayed open to get me switched to cricket! Very cool! I appreciate it. No more drop calls and I get service every where I've been in Illinois so far! Very pleased!”
