“My wife and I had issues with Verizon charging us for a device they claimed was not returned, but was and the receipt was on our account. After calling on 2 separate occasions to no avail, we went to this location. Alex was polite and helpful in our situation. He listened to our complaint and advised us in our best course of action. He set up a plan with us for how and when to follow up with him if the issue was not resolved within 48 working hours. Definitely recommend!!”
