“Really nice and clean. Loved the roller shades instead of curtains. AND they give complimentary waters at check-in, something I haven't seen as much anymore. Fantastic number of outlets and love the mini-fridge. The staff is friendly and suggestive on good food places. Great experience.”

“Staff was excellent. Room was very clean. Low water pressure could've been due to Room location. Breakfast consists of some type of sausage some type of potatoes, muffins, bread, and cereal. Coffee and juices. Nice property. Will return.”

“I LOVE THIS PLACE! I am staying here now. How can I be so enthusiastic over a humble Home2? It's because I've stayed here several times over the years, and this hotel is CONSISTENTLY OUTSTANDING. The rooms are clean, the hotel is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that Home2 hotels have coffee and tea in the lobby all day long. The lobby is a wam and inviting place to work on your laptop.

To note: a good amount of sailors and families stay here for Navy graduation, so there is more noise and activity in the hotel on graduation days, but no loud partying or anything excessive. It's heartwarming to see the new sailors and their families celebrating!”

“They didn't have a gluten free bread option at this location (according to the breakfast attendant) but this is the first time an IHG hasn't had that available in the 4 years I've been staying with the chain. The room was fantastic but housekeeping isn't as meticulous as I was when I cleaned for a living (grease splatter on cupboards, top of fridge dusty, someone else's hair left on bathroom counter and on shower wall and there was a spoon so jammed into the garbage disposal - but visible when cleaning the sink - I couldn't budge it, had to get maintenance). None of that is a big deal to me, just shows they are more about speed; turn the rooms over as quickly as possible rather than being thorough. Bummed I didn't have time to enjoy the pool. I would definitely stay here again, nice place”

“I am writing a review because of the experience we had with Janice, a representative who we interacted on the phone with to request help with an out of the ordinary circumstance at the Marriott Resort in Lincolnshire, Illinois. We had originally booked a stay to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday, but she suffered a serious leg injury that left us uncertain about whether we'd be able to make the trip.

Every time I called with another question about our stay, she greeted me with kindness, patience, and a genuine concern. She is exactly the kind of person you hope is running the front desk and in charge of training others. It's been a rough week for our family but her kindness just really stood out in a dark moment for us.
