I needed a quick turnaround and Krystian was able to deliver by meeting with me to take measurements, providing a few samples/proposals, and then scheduling an installation date. He is extremely prompt, communicates via cell phone and text messages, and is an overall great person to work with.

“I will admit that since I've never bought carpets before, I don't have a frame of reference, but nevertheless I had a great experience with Oscar Isberian Rugs. I don't have much carpet in my condo, but I recently needed to replace the carpet in two small rooms within a six week period. Don't ask why, it's a whole thing, you just need to know that I needed to get it done fast. I found Oscar Isberian Rugs by calling what I thought was Rexx Rug. It turns out Rexx Rug closed and sold their business to Oscar Isberian Rugs. I liked that they have locations near the Loop open on Saturdays. I first went after work on a Friday night to their River North location and told them I needed to replace two small rooms of carpet quickly. I walked off the street, no appointment, and I was helped right away by Sally. She helped me find some carpets I liked. I wanted to take the samples that I chosen home, that night, but I didn't want to lug them home on the train. Sally was kind enough to put the samples aside for me and let me pick them up the next day, a Saturday, when I would have my car. I picked three samples that I liked and one happened to be in stock which allowed for speedy installation. Soon thereafter an employee came to measure the two rooms. He was super quick (under ten minutes) and even took the samples back to the store for me. With in less than two weeks we had the carpet installed. The installation went without a hitch. The installers came timely, were nice and didn't mess up walls or any aspect of my condo during the installation. Kudos to the Sally for helping me get the carpets installed within four weeks of me coming into the showroom. You need to know they are expensive (this is not Empire), but they are worth it. The carpets look great .”

“Apelian does a great job with carpet installation as well as rug and carpet cleaning! I've used them many times over the years. They did carpet cleaning last week and got a stain out that I didn't think would come out”
