He helped me with the design and creation of my necklace, and took care to ensure the design was as beautiful as possible. For instance, he showed me the difference that different colored gold prongs can make to emphasize a diamond (ie white gold vs. yellow gold), and not only did I take his advice for my necklace, I was so blown away that I'm going to have my engagement ring reset with different prongs! “The new store is absolutely beautiful. They have a large selection of magnificent pieces that are so elegantly displayed- every one more tempting than the next.
When I walked into the store, I was so warmly received - like I was an old friend. I had never been to Shelle jewelers before but i truly feel that they are now my source to go to when I need anything.
I worked with a wonderful woman Peg, who was incredibly nice and helpful assisting me with a special piece I needed fixed in a hurry. It all went seamlessly and I will be taking it with me on the plane tomorrow.
She even gift wrapped it!

“I was thrilled to get a recommendation from a friend which brought me to Daniel’s Jewelers. My mother passed away suddenly 15 years ago and it took me that long to be able to look at my mom’s jewelry and make me something that would be hers that lay close to my heart. Valerie exuded knowledge and great confidence which solidified that I made the correct choice. I had ideas, but Valerie and her crew were extremely talented and helpful to assist in making a unique piece of jewelry that still kept my mom’s engagement ring intact. My father came too and he suggested to use one of my mother’s necklaces. The entire necklace was created with her marquis diamond and two baguettes and her necklace. This was perfect. When I first put it on, I had tears of happiness. I know that my mother would be happy too that I’m wearing her jewelry close to my heart. Furthermore, I had three stacking rings made from my own diamonds that I adore and wear daily! In addition, I had my grandmother’s engagement ring sized and added small diamonds where pieces were missing. I was thrilled with all that was completed, and I would strongly recommend others to go to Daniel’s Jewelers in Glenview, IL.”
