“I’ve been looking to replace a diamond in my Cuban link bracelet for the longest time. I just so happened to be in the area and called Victor on a hunch that he would be able to replace it. He said he could, and I stopped by a couple minutes later. Brought in my piece of jewelry thinking I would have to drop it off for a day or two to have it replaced… instead he says “give me 5 minutes” and before I could even take a seat he was finished. “I looked at several different places to buy an engagement. I was going to a location on Wabash. This place was very friendly. Then I went on google reviews and found Daniel. After several calls and the fact that I travel every week, finally times worked out and I finally met Daniel at is office. He listened to my request and had 5 options for me when I arrived. We singled out a beautiful 2.7 carat diamond. Then next the setting and 4 days later picked it up on a Saturday morning. My now fiancé is not the type that would like a public proposal. So we went shopping that same day, we were setting up a new dresser that we bought. We began hugging and I pulled Teresa over to my backpack and reached in it and got on one knee and the end result Teresa and I both welled up with tears of joy.Teresa said yes! We then went out for celebratory beverage. OMG we were both so proud to show off the beautiful engagement ring. Teresa and I called her mom that night she was so excited for our future together.”
