“I called USA because they were one of the only companies I could find that could do what I needed - take my stuff and put it in storage for an undetermined amount of time. I have been in the middle of a national job search so I had no idea when or where I’d need to move. I still don’t know.

USA has been - by FAR - the most incredible moving company with which I’ve ever worked. And to be clear, I would estimate that I’ve moved at least 10 times in the last 30 years. Not only did USA do an amazing job in terms of helping me pack up last minute things and get my furniture in order (and safe), but over the months that I’ve used them to store my things they have continued to go above and beyond what you typically expect a business to do. I have found recently that many places you used to think of as businesses that treated individuals like friends or family are now money-driven businesses. USA is the opposite. While they’re certainly a business - they treat customers as individuals - and with the kindness and grace you’d extend to your own family. I leave very few recommendations. I wish I could do more in terms of promoting them; I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
