Very slow pharmacy and lots of non- helpful personnel. I was looking for someone who worked there to help find me something and a customer helped me before any employee would. I literally have seen them have one register open at the pharmacy with over eight people in line and then I had to finally ask if there was another person back there to help and they called them right up. Why wouldn't they have come up right away? They just wait until someone complains? Also when you call, sometimes it takes over 45 minutes to get through to the pharmacy. Don't go here!

If this place were open 24/7 it would be the greatest Walgreens in the Great Lake region. I haven’t been to the pharmacy,but they have a great big spacious bathroom, which is a total rarity for Walgreens in Chicago… and they sell wine! What more could you ask for? Can’t speak to the pharmacy of clinic.

If you Folks think this location is bad .. lol....try the city. I live in Jefferson Park,still a good area of the city .. I use Montrose and Central location. I have a prescription that's becoming harder to fill and I have to call several locations to find it in stock. The Montrose location is terrible! No customer service and nobody can tell you anything. This location the pharmacist were super helpful! They gave me tips on how to try and get my prescription refilled. They were also able to get my prescription.Which several stores could not get . Listen... Lincolnwood friends ...lol...customer service is Soo hard to find!!! Again, try filling your prescription at my location, You will seriously be thankful for this hard working Pharmacy staff !!!

Well, let me tell you what happened with Walgreens went through the drive-through. And since I don’t drive, I had someone else drive me to get my prescriptions. Brought them home just to find out they weren’t mine they were someone else’s prescriptions. Had I not looked at that I may have just start a pop in the pills. So I had called Walgreens and told him I don’t drive. My car ride had already left me with these prescriptions that were not mine. They had apologized refunded me my money and delivered my script in about 10 minutes. That I thought it was extremely responsive responsible on their part, the fact that they made such a horrific mistake I’d have to give them a one star but collecting it and everything else five stars. But then again, it is a major screw up and I guess maybe they didn’t want that kind of liability I don’t know, but nonetheless, it was taken care of quick fast in an hour he

The best Walgreens store I have ever been to. The customer service is great, staff is ver knowledgeable and helpful. Products are easy to find and are available most of the time. Pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks !

My partner & I got our Covid vaccines here, and everyone at this Walgreens was outstanding. The person who checked us in was kind, and the pharmacist who gave us the vaccinations could not have been more professional. The pharmacy area is clean, organized, and overall inspires confidence. So glad we choose this location.

I don't understand why pharmacies take so long. I had a vaccination appt at 8. Finally got called to sign a form at 8:26. Not sure why people ahead of me didn't have to sign any form and got in almost immediately. There's got to be a more efficient process.

This Walgreens is really bad. They never answer their phone. I have now been on hold for half an hour - whenever it starts to ring, they just put me back on hold. Don't count on this pharmacy to get the medication you need when you need it.

Just don't bother. Location is awkward. It is the most stocked store anywhere but there are so many other cvs and Walgreens in the area. Especially don't use the med clinic or whatever it is called.

The worst, pharmacy technicians keep making mistakes with new prescriptions every single time and I have to pay for their mistakes with my own time and money. They don’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. I hope the pharmacy or the store manger take a close look on what their doing to their customers. It’s been over half an hour as I am waiting right now in the parking lot outside the pharmacy waiting for my mom’s eye drops even though I dropped the prescription off around one o’clock after her surgery. The reason is that the technician put the wrong Dr info and that Dr is not part of mother’s insurance plan. Do you believe that!! Three hours!!After three and a half hours they happens to be out of stock now I have to wait another 30min at a different location..

45 min hold seems to be the standard. They take turns pickup up then putting back on hold before getting a word in. This is why we prefer privately owned pharmacies.

I came to Walgreens to buy a lot of items especially considering it’s cold and flu season and I was harassed by the customer service employee who accused me of lying over a nose inhaler. On the label in the aisle, it was $13.48 and when I got my receipt after checking out, it said $17.00. I was confused on where the price difference came up and I went to double check in the aisle and it was $13.48. She refused to go look at the price with me and called me many names and also told me not to shop here anymore as if Walgreens was HER company. Even people who were in line after me were shocked at how she speaks to customers. If Walgreens continues to hire miserable people like this with a bad attitude then I will never shop at any Walgreens ever again. I actually came back to Walgreens after this situation to return all the things back because I was so upset with the customer service I received. Zalfa was the employee if anyone was wondering and she should be removed from any Walgreens location.
