While a major mistake was noted where incorrect prescriptions were provided at the drive-through, the staff responded quickly, apologized, refunded the money, and delivered the correct script in about ten minutes, which was seen as extremely responsive and responsible. Beyond the pharmacy, the store offers a great big spacious bathroom, which is a rarity. It also sells wine. The snack selection has so many options and is cheap, with good drinks, allowing customers to get large amounts for low prices. A common sentiment is that customer service is hard to find at other locations, making this hard-working pharmacy staff something to be thankful for. Some customers feel if it were open 24/7, it would be the greatest in the region.
