“I am planning a patio and walkway. The owner went through the process of picking colors and the pattern. They have poured examples of the patterns on the sidewalk and entry points to the building. The owner was great and made sure I understood the choices and I appreciated him being willing to go over it again before I left!”

“Pam at QXO was incredibly helpful finding at which locations the materials I needed were in stock so that I could complete job before the weather turned bad. Pickup was problem free. Very satisfied with QXO!”
“These guys are awesome! I needed an order of drywall delivered right away and they got out to my house within a couple of days they used the crane to deliver the drywall to our balcony on the second floor. The guy operating the crane was amazing manouvering around tree branches and power lines he has to be the best in the business. This was an extremely challenging area to deliver it to. The men were so friendly that they sent out, they unloaded the crane and placed everything inside nicely. They were very punctual, showed up when they said they would and the delivery was done so quickly. All this at a very reasonable price. I will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you again so much! - Jacqueline in Lake Villa”

“My wife Nicole and I recently remodeled our kitchen and couldn't have been happier with Lakeland! We were very satisfied with the quality of the cabinets and hardware, especially for such a reasonable price!Dave was an absolute joy to work with. He showed tremendous patience in guiding us through the process, and his expertise was invaluable. Dave was consistently ready to assist with any concerns or questions that arose! We commend Dave for his kindness and professionalism, and are grateful to have worked with him. Would highly recommend Dave and Lakeland for kitchen projects! We will definitely be using them again!”
“A good experience at the pro desk. I got my order placed and scheduled for delivery without a problem, and the competitor price match was easy to figure out and apply to the qualified items. I don't give five stars out often, so my four star rating is probably the equivalent of a five from many folks.”
“This location has excellent customer service! I have had several returns lately and they don't question or challenge me like Menards in Antioch. I only wish they had a location closer to my house in Antioch!”
“Highly recommend Octavio and his excellent service. He was recommended by a friend and we are glad he was there for us every step of the way to help with our project. Very sharp young man, we are thankful for all his help.”
“I had a fantastic experience at the Home Depot in Gurnee. The store was well-organized and had a wide variety of products available. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me in finding exactly what I needed for my home improvement project. The checkout process was smooth and efficient. Even though I went into the self check out, the cashier was very helpful to scan all my items too! Overall, a great place to shop for all your home improvement needs.”
