“I have never had such a positive experience getting body work done on any car. They jumped through all the hoops my insurance company put them through and didn't complain. They were persistent and communicated with me every step of the way. I have a Volkswagen and I needed a certified VW repair shop. Alan was my point of contact and he is very responsive and solution oriented. Best of all my car looked great when it was done!”

“I've stored my excess "stuff" here for a couple years now, and while one's gut might assume average service from a u-haul outlet, I'm more than pleased. Even after a couple years there's hardly any accumulated dust; they have a plethora of supplies for packing and moving; everyone I've spoken with has always been helpful and friendly. Two minor thoughts: when I needed another temporary space, they were all sold out. Not their fault, I suppose, but now I have another spot at life storage down the road, which is awkward. Secondly, if anyone else is there, it can take a while to check out. Often this is due to good service to the person ahead of you, so not a big deal. Still, it would be nice to have a quick way to get checked out if all you need is to get rung up and pay. Issues aside, they're going to expand their space and their slow checkout is also clearly due to clunky corporate software from U-Haul HQ, not the locals fault, so I have no issues recommending them.”

“Given one van, then switched to another one without rechecking the fuel level. The first van was full, the second, 3/4 of a tank. Returned it full, even though I only used 1.6 gallons. Fuel level discrepancy ironed out after the fact with UHaul customer service without a hassle.”
