“The lady working there was a great help and assisted us with everything we needed no complaints, the facility was clean and smelled good looking forward too keeping this unit for a while here”
“My car needed a repair and they did a phenominal job! Kayla and their technicians were nothing but exceptional in taking care of both me, with a loaner car, and my personal vehicle. Professional all the way. Thank you.”
“See Tom, he'll give you a fair estimate and do his absolute best to stick to it. I came in with a broken front bumper and within 72 hours it looked like a brand new car. Nothing but the best service.”
“Me and my fiance came in for a quote and Dassan and an older man that was with him helped us with no problem. They were very professional and answered all my question and concerns I had. At the end our move was very simple especially moving from Illinois to tusla Oklahoma. Thank you for the ease.”
“I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Marie at U-Haul. From the moment I reached out, her friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge made a noticeable difference. Marie's flexibility and solution-oriented approach ensured all my needs were met promptly and efficiently. Her quick responses to inquiries were incredibly reassuring. It's clear that Marie is a significant reason why I continue to choose U-Haul. Additionally, the clean units and strong security measures at U-Haul further enhance the positive experience. Marie truly exemplifies outstanding customer service.”
“I had great customer service here and was very well treated with the equipment clean and ready to go on arrival. The agent was flexible in scheduling my pickup time which was great.”
“Rentals and more is part of route 12 rentals in Arlington heights IL. Both rental locations take real good care of us at Korinek and sons concrete asphalt LLC previously known as T&S concrete & asphalt inc. They usually rent us buggies for concrete, mini bobcat excavators like E20 , E 35, E 45 and we rent a asphalt roller when doing asphalt driveways. We rented a bobcat dingo MT 85 one time. They fix our Stihl concrete saws when needed. They're really good business to rent from when you need something for a job. Thanks Christopher James Stanley truck driver for Korinek and sons concrete asphalt LLC.”
“They’re friendly, helpful, and down to earth. They don’t screw you over or try to nickel and dime. Best U-Haul experience in the Chicagoland area in my opinion.”
“Matt & Doug saved the day! I needed a trailer at the last minute and the only one available online was bigger than I needed or wanted, but beggars can't be choosers. When I arrived to pick up, I explained the situation and they instantly found a trailer that was much more sufficient for my use and saved me money, too. They were both so kind, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. This is some of the best customer service I have had in years!”
“Special recognition should go to your employee Maria at the Libertyville Illinois location. She went above and beyond did an outstanding job accommodating everything I needed in the midst of a very sudden unexpected move out situation for me. It left a very strong positive impression on me. The storage facility also I rate very highly, cleaning well organized, and the cargo van rental was great, the Dodge was incredibly easy to drive and a tremendous value for single day local use. Please give Maria employee of the month!”
“Geat service and clean equipment. Dropped truck off after hours which is really convenient. I did get charged for 2 dollies by mistake and Jordan caught the error before I did and credited my card. Will be back if I need a truck again.”
“Great customer’s experience easier. I was in and out in less that 1/2 hours and the person was detail with all the information that covers everything what I want to know.”
“My friendly neighborhood U-Haul dealer! I definitely enjoy working with these guys, they hooked up my trailer and installed the hitch ball and stuff for me! They are always super cool no matter how busy they are and they do a great job. Every once in awhile I get equipment that has something wrong with it but it's still usable just not ideal at times. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to rent from them 24/7”
“These guys are the greatest. They were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The drop off process took longer that I wanted, because I didn't realize how in-depth it was. That was my fault, but U-Haul was terrific and this location is awesome.”
“Another rental facility sent me here and they did not have vars, only trucks... the reason for my high 5 is because the way the gentleman handled the situation, he was kind and VERY informative. He went as far as calling a few places for me! He was so so kind! Thank you ?”

“Clean, secure facility and Angie was AMAZING! I was able to view the space before deciding and the whole process was way faster than I expected. The rate beat any other place hands down.”
