Started with an online inquiry and we texted and called, negotiated the deal and we went in and test drove the truck, they reviewed our trade and we then learned about the new truck’s features and then signed and left. All within 1-1/2 hours. Jarvis was our salesperson and he was super nice and knowledgeable. He really made things easy. We will be back when we are in the market again as we felt at home! They worked with us and were able to send them to be refurbished and helped us save $1k+ in repair cost. Highly recommend these guys”

He has always been affordable, frequently working around my strained budget to get me back on the road. Anytime he’s needed the car overnight, he has provided a loaner. I came in to have my transmission checked all these time I thought the bad and hard shifting were coming from the transmission and after Ramon diagnosed it, turned out to be the just engine needed couple of ignition coils and new spark plugs it’s basically just needed a tune up, saved me a lot of money!!

“While traveling from MN to IL, we hit something in the road and ruptured the gas tank in an '09 Rav4. We were towed to MacLagan Auto after hours by AAA. I was at their mercy and warned that finding a gas tank was going to be an issue and may lead to more repairs. MacLagan looked for gas tanks, including checking junk yards with no success. Nothing was available locally and we were scheduled to leave town in 2 days. Then they did research and found someone that could instead repair the tank, saving me time and considerable cost.
Being from out of town and not having options they could have taken advantage of the situation. Instead they went over and above to find a solution to take care of the problem at a reasonable cost and doing it right away to keep us on schedule.”
