Coleen is the kindest, friendliest woman you could meet and wants to point you in the right direction for the reason you’re there. Offering coffee,bottled water,and candy, every visit.The customer service is top notch w helpful advice on CD’s ,checking accounts w interest,ordering new checks,just anything you could need. Answering questions about your balance and problem solving on everything.My personal banker was Sharon Scott until she recently retired ,she became like family since she was referred to me by my parents who have been w Lisle Savings since the early 1970’s.Then I had Tracy ,also became like family,always a smile and willing to help,with every need,until she moved out of state.Now I have Sue as my personal banker and even w covid and fewer visits indoors,Sue has helped me w many of my banking needs and is so friendly and kind. She goes above & beyond whenever I call ,or stop by the outside lobby to do banking. Very helpful and again ,always a smile & very dedicated to helping with everything.All of the bankers are the best of any bank I’ve been with. Friendly,take their time w you and never rush you.
